The applications:

●The application in semiconductor synthesis and liquid crystal production mainly includes semiconductor plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and reflective ion etching (RIE) process, etching process in liquid crystal production and CVD process in TFT screen plasma production.
